If we decide to move forward together then your next session will be a 90 minute discovery session. You will receive an intake form ahead of time that we’ll use to determine what you want to accomplish, your goals, dreams, expectations, etc. This discovery session may be done on the phone, Skype or in person, depending on your location and preference. We will decide together the type of package that best fits your individual focus. We will also cover all logistics and set the tone for our work together.
Below are the general categories offered for selecting coaching services. The duration of any program may be either 3 months, 6 months, or a year.
In most cases, I recommend starting with a 6 month program. Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are 45 minutes to an hour long. Frequency is typically twice a month however this may vary depending on individual need and/or circumstances. In all cases, there are ongoing practices, assignments, and accountability steps designed to keep you on track toward achieving your specific goals and life vision.
